Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Melone Hatley, P.C. is a fast-growing family and estate planning law firm known for delivering high-quality legal services. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Client Service Coordinator to convert leads into business opportunities and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails
- Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs
- Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to build a robust sales pipeline and facilitate successful deal closures
- Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead progress and interactions
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, required
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets
- Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word)
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening, problem-solving and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines
- Some college education, preferred
