[Remote] Inside Sales Representative (Website)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Housecall Pro is a company dedicated to helping home service professionals streamline their operations and improve their business. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on guiding Pros in enhancing their online presence through effective website solutions, managing the full sales cycle and fostering strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Use a Pro-focused, consultative selling style rooted in understanding the Pro’s day-to-day challenges and goals
• Handle a full sales cycle for the Website product from booking to close, and engagement
• Educate Pros on how a strong website drives lead generation, credibility, SEO visibility, and conversion
• Partner cross-functionally to drive new website attachments, increased adoption, and measurable value for managed accounts
• Convey empathy for Pros’ pain to foster trust and connections to you as an individual and to our brand as a whole that are deeper than typical transactional sales
• Understand and adapt to our ongoing product and technology developments
• Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills
• Maintain daily activity metrics blended between calls and attended demos

Skills

• 1+ years experience in a similar customer facing, sales, or retention role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven success working with cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships internally and externally
• CRM experience strongly preferred
• Experience with the trades preferred
• Website experience preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
• Ability to translate customer goals into a successful Website product sale
• Goal and results-driven
