About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. In this role, you will assist clients with insurance-related inquiries, provide general policy information, and help ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
Responsibilities
· Communicate with clients through phone, email, and chat
· Provide basic guidance regarding insurance policies and procedures
· Assist with applications, updates, and general requests
· Maintain organized and accurate client records
· Support internal workflows to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications
· Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Strong communication and organizational skills
