We provide leading-edge personal lines, commercial/business, and offer full support for new production so you can focus on growing your book of business.</p><p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li>Generate new business across a wide array of lines: homeowner's, auto, commercial/business</li><li>Use consultative selling techniques to engage prospects, uncover needs, and offer tailored insurance packages.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, quote presentation, closing, and new production.</li><li>Meet and exceed production targets in a high-growth environment.</li><li>For those with an existing book of business, leverage your relationships and drive new growth opportunities.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Must be based in Florida. (Work may be fully remote or from our Sunrise, FL office.)</li><li>MUST hold a valid Florida insurance license: 2-20 Property & Casualty, required.</li><li>Ideally 1+ year of professional experience in insurance sales, general sales, real estate, or another client-facing role.</li><li>Strong communicator, self-motivated, organized, able to build rapport and close deals.</li><li>An existing book of business is a plus (but not required).</li></ul><p><b>Compensation & Opportunity:</b></p><ul><li>This is a commission-only position - for independent contractors (1099).</li><li>We offer the highest percentage split in the industry.</li><li>For the right candidate, there is the potential for equity ownership in the agency.</li><li>Comprehensive back-office and operations support provided so you can focus on sales and production.</li></ul><p>If you're licensed in Florida motivated to build or expand your book of business, and ready to earn top commissions - we want to speak with you.
