(DTS) is an award-winning IT consulting firm based in Columbus, OH, seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist. The role involves providing front-line technical support to end-users in health systems, resolving issues related to hardware and software while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and healthcare IT best practices. Responsibilities β’ Provide timely, professional technical support via phone, email, remote tools β’ Support end-users with the following: β’ User setup/creation β’ User access to systems/applications β’ User role/permission changes and user audits β’ User Onboarding/offboarding processes β’ Miscellaneous help desk tasks β’ Document all interactions and solutions in a centralized ticketing system β’ Create knowledgebase articles for common issues/problems β’ Create videos for follow along β’ Mac support β’ Windows support β’ Customer internal processes support β’ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues with Windows and MacOS workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. β’ Follow escalation procedures for complex incidents and comply strictly with HIPAA, security, and privacy requirements. Skills β’ 2+ year experience in IT Helpdesk/user support or service desk role β’ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills β’ Ability to work independently and document work accurately β’ Strong commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance β’ Operating Systems: Windows, MacOS, (basic Linux exposure a plus) β’ Productivity: Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Google Workspace (optional) β’ Networking (Basic): DHCP, DNS, VPN clients, Wi-Fi troubleshooting β’ MS Access β’ Zscaler β’ NinjaOne β’ MS 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, licensing, Backups, Purview, Okta integration etc.) β’ Okta experience β’ RingCentral experience β’ KnowBe4 β’ Time Doctor Benefits β’ Paid time off and holidays for salaried employees β’ 401K, billable bonus, and health, life, vision, dental and short-term disability insurance options for all Company Overview β’ Who We Are Dedicated Tech Services, Inc.
