(DTS) is an award-winning IT consulting firm based in Columbus, OH, seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist. The role involves providing front-line technical support to end-users in health systems, resolving issues related to hardware and software while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and healthcare IT best practices. Responsibilities β€’ Provide timely, professional technical support via phone, email, remote tools β€’ Support end-users with the following: β€’ User setup/creation β€’ User access to systems/applications β€’ User role/permission changes and user audits β€’ User Onboarding/offboarding processes β€’ Miscellaneous help desk tasks β€’ Document all interactions and solutions in a centralized ticketing system β€’ Create knowledgebase articles for common issues/problems β€’ Create videos for follow along β€’ Mac support β€’ Windows support β€’ Customer internal processes support β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues with Windows and MacOS workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. β€’ Follow escalation procedures for complex incidents and comply strictly with HIPAA, security, and privacy requirements. Skills β€’ 2+ year experience in IT Helpdesk/user support or service desk role β€’ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills β€’ Ability to work independently and document work accurately β€’ Strong commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance β€’ Operating Systems: Windows, MacOS, (basic Linux exposure a plus) β€’ Productivity: Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Google Workspace (optional) β€’ Networking (Basic): DHCP, DNS, VPN clients, Wi-Fi troubleshooting β€’ MS Access β€’ Zscaler β€’ NinjaOne β€’ MS 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, licensing, Backups, Purview, Okta integration etc.) β€’ Okta experience β€’ RingCentral experience β€’ KnowBe4 β€’ Time Doctor Benefits β€’ Paid time off and holidays for salaried employees β€’ 401K, billable bonus, and health, life, vision, dental and short-term disability insurance options for all Company Overview β€’ Who We Are Dedicated Tech Services, Inc.
