Key Responsibilities
ย Conduct weekly check-ins to motivate and support students.
ย Tailor learning opportunities and resources to suit diverse student needs.
ย Maintain regular communication with parents, providing guidance and updates.
ย Facilitate both large and small group lessons, creating an engaging learning atmosphere.
ย Mentor students in specific subjects and offer tutoring assistance.
ย Identify and support at-risk students by coordinating appropriate interventions.
ย Collaborate with fellow educators to exchange insights and strategies for success.
Required Skills
ย Current teaching certification.
ย Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
ย Strong belief in individualized learning approaches, demonstrating a commitment to student success.
ย Friendly, organized, and patient disposition with a positive outlook.
ย Proficient with Google products (email, calendar, documents, etc.).
ย Ability to quickly adapt to new online tools and systems.
ย Capacity to work independently while managing deadlines and adapting to a flexible schedule.
ย Access to necessary technology including a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
ย Eligibility to work in the U.S. and reside in an approved state.
Qualifications
ย Must possess a current Oregon teaching certification.
ย Experience in non-traditional educational programs is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits
ย Expected weekly hours: 15-20.
ย Starting hourly rate: $22, commensurate with qualifications.
ย Comprehensive orientation and ongoing support are provided.
