Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Clinical Analyst who will serve as a subject matter expert in lab data quality and interoperability. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to document technology requirements and ensure seamless integration of lab applications. Responsibilities β’ Act as a quality consultant and SME in the lab space. β’ Collaborate with technical teams and remediate system issues. β’ Work with stakeholders to assess current and future lab technology needs. β’ Design projects involving Lab systems integration across multiple platforms. β’ Drive improvement activities aligned with departmental and organizational goals. β’ Coordinate with functional teams to ensure consistency and optimization of deliverables. β’ Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and apply them to business processes. β’ Provide subject-matter expertise on Health Ministry processes and policies. β’ Identify and recommend process improvements. β’ Escalate unresolved process and project issues. β’ High level of communication skills, both written and verbal are required. β’ Understand and articulate the interdependencies/orchestration and related workflows of Lab products. β’ Participate in cross-functional discussions for developing and implementing new processes, standards and high-level requirements for Lab products. β’ Participate in lifecycle/product management activities such as application inventory maintenance, product road maps, and identification of Lab applications standards. Skills β’ Minimum 3β4 years of hands-on experience in clinical laboratory settings. β’ Strong understanding of lab workflows and clinical information systems. β’ Experience with LIS implementations and vendor relationships (e.g., LabCorp). β’ Familiarity with lab-related modules in systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Sunquest. β’ Experience navigating electronic medical records (EMRs). β’ Product lifecycle management experience specific to lab applications. β’ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and demonstrates adaptability while balancing multiple priorities. β’ High level of communication skills, both written and verbal are required. β’ Understand and articulate the interdependencies/orchestration and related workflows of Lab products. β’ Clinical Lab Technician (CLT) background or equivalent hands-on lab experience. β’ Certifications in Epic (preferred), Cerner, Meditech, or Sunquest. β’ Experience with Google Suite. β’ Familiarity with software product management and vendor coordination.
