The Legal Enablement & Success Analyst will manage legal intake processes, facilitate communication between legal and cross-functional teams, and support privacy and compliance operations to ensure efficient delivery of legal services. Responsibilities β’ Serve as the primary intake point for legal requests, including contracts, privacy reviews, compliance inquiries, and operational matters β’ Triage and coordinate incoming requests by confirming scope, collecting required details, and routing to appropriate Legal team members β’ Maintain visibility into active matters, including priorities, timelines, dependencies, and ownership β’ Communicate clear next steps, timelines, and status updates to crossfunctional stakeholders β’ Identify potential bottlenecks or risks and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution β’ Support review and administration of privacy agreements, including DPAs, FERPA and COPPA materials, and security questionnaires β’ Track privacy obligations and maintain proper documentation and recordkeeping β’ Coordinate with Privacy, Security, and Technology teams on customer and vendor privacy inquiries β’ Track deadlines and required inputs for subpoenas, audits, and regulatory requests, ensuring auditready documentation β’ Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on legal workload, turnaround times, and process performance; analyze trends and recommend improvements β’ Own legal intake, tracking, and workflow systems, including CLM tools; manage configuration, access, and data accuracy β’ Design, document, and refine legal workflows, SOPs, and processes for consistency, scalability, and efficiency β’ Partner with IT, Security, and Operations on system enhancements, integrations, and legal tech optimization β’ Apply project management principles to legal operations initiatives, including implementations, integrations, process redesign, and documentation workflows β’ Maintain legal process documentation, system configurations, templates, and knowledge repositories Skills β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; paralegal certificate a plus β’ 3+ years of paralegal, legal operations, or contract management experience, preferably in a corporate legal department β’ Experience with legal systems such as CLM or legal intake tools and maintaining data integrity and reporting β’ Familiarity with data privacy concepts including DPAs, FERPA, COPPA, GDPR, or state privacy laws β’ Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ High attention to detail and accuracy β’ Experience in technology, SaaS, or education technology environments β’ Prior work with contract management systems or workflow tools β’ Demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally and build collaborative relationships β’ Comfort working in a fast paced, evolving environment Benefits β’ Medical, Dental, and Vision plans β’ Company paid basic life and AD and D insurance β’ Company paid long-term disability β’ Paid Parental Leave β’ Supplemental life insurance options β’ Company paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) β’ Retirement plan with discretionary company matching β’ Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options β’ Premium subscription to Calm for employee and dependents β’ 33 days of company paid time off (PTO, Holidays, Wellness Days) β’ Flexible work arrangements β’ Tuition Reimbursement Program β’ Company orientation and 30, 60, 90 Day Onboarding Company Overview β’ Riverside Insights is a provider of educational and clinical assessments that play a key role in helping individuals elevate their learning.
