Remote Listing Marketing Coordinator - (US Residential Real Estate) - PH Applicants OnlyBecause every post, price-reduction, and open house can tip the deal.Why this role mattersForty-plus active listings, three-to-eight new ones each week, and sellers who expect momentum. Our agents can't win alone-they need a do-er who lives at the intersection of storytelling, social media, and rock-solid operations. That's where you come in.You'll own the listing-marketing engine from "just signed" to "just sold," turning AI-generated drafts into scroll-stopping posts, coordinating open houses that actually fill up, and sending seller reports that make them say, "Wow-you thought of everything."What You'll Do:Own the checklist, fuel the story, grow the numbers. Execute the 100-point listing-marketing checklist-email drips, portal updates, MLS verifications-until every item shows 100 % complete weekly. Turn data into content: review AI-written copy, tweak headlines, and schedule four+ weekly posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & bolthires-no ad budget, all organic. Coordinate every open house: line up hosts, signage, digital RSVPs, and post-event follow-bolthires; drive attendee counts from today's 150-250 / month to new highs. Engage the community fast: reply to comments/DMs within SLA, run simple ManyChat flows ("DM 'INFO' for the guide") and log every lead to our CRM. Level-up our AI: test prompts, track which captions/Reels outperform, and feed wins back into the model so tomorrow's drafts start smarter. Prep & send weekly seller reports-accurate stats, crisp insights-so every client feels heard and every agent looks like a hero. Constantly look for ways to improve the client and agent experience, and practice your craft to elevate your skills.Success looks like 100% "Active Listing % Complete" (checklist items done) 100% "Listing Reports Sent" each week Monthly open-house attendees trending > 250 people and growing Steady lift in organic leads, webinar sign-bolthires, saves & shares RequirementsYou Might Be a Fit If: You love working on a team dedicated to client success Love juggling 40-50 active files without dropping a detail. Can bolthires a weak headline and punch it up in 30 seconds. Thrive on night-shift hours that overlap Houston (at least 8 AM-12 PM CT). Speak fluent Facebook Insights, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and ManyChat flows. Treat AI, automation or no-code tools as teammates-not threats. Believe "done right" beats "done easy" every time. What you bring 2 + years listing- or transaction-coordination for a US residential real-estate team-you know MLS fields, seller disclosures, time zones. Hands-on social-media experience (FB, IG, LI, YT); comfortable with Canva/CapCut or similar. Familiarity with CRMs, Dotloop/DocuSign, and checklist platforms (we'll train on our custom stack). Excellent written English and client-facing professionalism. A track record of working fully remote from the Philippines on US hours. Bonus: prompt-engineering, basic automation, or light video-editing chops.
