- Passion Home Health Services is seeking a responsive and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to clients, families, and prospective patients through online chat platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely communication in a fully remote setting.Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client and visitor inquiries via live chat
- Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and general policies
- Assist with basic intake questions and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Document chat interactions accurately in internal systems
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications
- Escalate urgent concerns or clinical questions to supervisors or nursing staff

- Qualifications
