Key Job Details:
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $17/hour, plus weekly pay and benefits
- Position: Full-time Remote Medical Benefits Specialist
- Location: Remote (work from home)
- Company: Workwarp, a leading provider of healthcare solutions
- Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7am-8pm CST, Monday-Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing outbound and inbound calls to service patients and providers
- Conducting medical benefit investigations and verifying patient demographic data
- Inputting critical patient information into our system with high accuracy
- Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of recent medical insurance verification experience
- High-speed internet with modem access
- A positive and friendly personality with exceptional attendance and communication skills
- The ability to work in a team-focused environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Your own personal Windows PC or laptop (no tablets or mobile phones permitted)
- Integrated or external webcam and minimum RAM requirements of 16gb and 250gb of storage
- Internet connection with a rated speed of 1Mbps download and 768 Kbps upload
