Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with expertise in cloud engineering and automation. The role focuses on delivering scalable cloud solutions and developing engineering utilities to streamline operations.
- Responsibilities
- Implement cloud infrastructure solutions and automation using industry best practices across Azure/AWS/GCP
- Develop backend services, APIs, and operational tools using Java or .NET, and build UI interfaces with React when required
- Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code implementations using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation
- Work closely with architects and platform engineering teams to integrate cloud services, monitoring, security, and DevOps pipelines
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, design discussions, and ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, platform, and application integration issues across cloud and on-prem environments
- Support deployment automation, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and containerization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical implementation plans
- Skills
- Up to 8 years of experience in cloud engineering, automation, and building lightweight full-stack components to support platform operations
- Hands-on expertise in cloud services, scripting/automation, backend API development (Java/.NET), and UI frameworks such as React
