Job Title: Remote Motion Designer (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,500 - 4,500 USD/month depending on experience paid via bank transfer
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time

Their team blends creative excellence with data-driven strategy to deliver impactful, high-performing content.
Our client is seeking a Motion Designer to take ownership of motion execution across high-impact digital campaigns.
This is not just an execution role—you’ll play a key part in shaping storytelling, pacing, and performance-driven creative, working closely with strategists and growth teams to continuously improve results.
The ideal candidate is a strong 2D animator with a performance mindset, who takes ownership and actively contributes to elevating creative output.

- Motion Design & Execution
- Own motion design for major campaign launches and creative assets
- Create high-quality animations with strong attention to timing, pacing, and storytelling
- Develop and maintain motion systems (transitions, visual language, consistency)
- Collaboration & Creative Strategy
- Work closely with creative strategists and growth teams
- Translate concepts into compelling motion assets optimized for performance
- Provide feedback and guidance to other designers on motion and execution
- Performance Optimization
- Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Continuously improve outputs to maximize engagement and reach
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
- Required
- 3–5+ years of experience in motion design or animation
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects
- Experience with Premiere Pro
- Comfortable working with Figma for layout reviews
- Strong foundation in 2D animation, timing, and visual storytelling
- Core Competencies
- Strong creative and storytelling instincts

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Adaptability and performance-driven thinking

- Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
- Ability to combine 2D and 3D motion design
