Diverse Lynx is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant to lead end-to-end change management for large-scale Workday Finance & Supply Chain implementations. The role involves conducting stakeholder analysis, designing change strategies, and coaching leaders to ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale Workday Finance & Supply Chain implementations
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
- Design and execute integrated change, communication, and adoption strategies
- Partner closely with executives, functional leaders, and project teams
- Coach leaders and managers to reinforce adoption and sustain change
- Measure adoption outcomes and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Skills
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations
- Strong background in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
- Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Healthcare or large enterprise environments
- Multi-module Workday deployments
- Organizational design or operating model transformation
