DescriptionClass Action Capital (CAC)is a boutique class action claims management firm in the global litigation finance industry specializing in the identification, research, data analysis, and filing of complex class action claims for corporate clients.
CAC is recruiting a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join the Client Relations Department. As a Junior Account Manager, you will help refine the client management process by supporting the Client Relations team. The primary responsibilities of this role are to cold call, research contacts, and maintain data in the CRM.
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Utilize various resources to research, identify, and maintain accurate client information.
ΓΒ Conduct outreach to facilitate meetings with clients and Account Managers.
ΓΒ Cold-call and email existing clients to educate them about settlement updates and collect data.
ΓΒ Utilize Salesforce effectively to manage and log client communications and data.
ΓΒ Collaborate with the Client Relations team members to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
Requirements
ΓΒ 0-2+ years of relevant experience required
ΓΒ BachelorΓΒs Degree
ΓΒ Written and verbal communication skills
ΓΒ Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely, accurate, and thoughtful manner
Benefits
ΓΒ Compensation: $70,000-80,000 + Commission + Annual discretionary Bonus
