Duties:
ΓΒ Effectively organize and manage multiple appointment calendars
ΓΒ Swiftly answer phone and convert inbound opportunities
ΓΒ Rapid follow-up on digital form submissions & inquiries
ΓΒ Relentless follow-up with unconverted and past customers
ΓΒ Precisely input client data into a CRM
ΓΒ Schedule and confirm client appointment
ΓΒ Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
Essential Skills:
ΓΒ Professional tone and verbal presence
ΓΒ Professionally overcomes objections
ΓΒ Proactively listens and retains information
ΓΒ Ability to memorize and perfect a script
ΓΒ Above average knowledge of DFW geography and travel times
