They are seeking a Post-Purchase Tech Product Manager to lead the strategy and optimization of the post-purchase ecosystem, ensuring a seamless customer experience across various platforms. Responsibilities β€’ Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle: defining the strategy, building roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, coordinating delivery, and managing post-launch improvements. β€’ Designing and refining post-purchase workflows, including order management, event notifications, refunds/exchanges, ticket delivery, and fan self-service features. β€’ Developing clear and comprehensive business cases, competitive analysis, process documentation, and configuration guidelines. β€’ Owning delivery of features from concept to launch, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, Support, Marketing, and Finance. β€’ Creating rollout plans and working cross-functionally to introduce new tools, services, and optimizations across global markets. β€’ Analyzing product performance using qualitative and quantitative data, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, reducing operational overhead, and increasing adoption. β€’ Collaborating with customer service and operations teams to ensure tools meet real-world needs and support scalable workflows. Skills β€’ 3-5+ years of product management experience in a technology-focused or consumer-facing business. β€’ Experience working with mobile-responsive websites or B2C platforms with high transaction volume. β€’ Proven ability to translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements, documentation, and workflows. β€’ Experience in agile product management methodologies, including PI planning. β€’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with global and remote teams. β€’ Experience collaborating with customer service, operations, marketing, legal, and account management throughout the product lifecycle. β€’ Ability to quickly learn and understand complex systems, technical architecture, and how data flows across platforms. β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time. β€’ Bachelor's degree required. β€’ Energetic and able to break down complex problems into clear, manageable components. β€’ Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-orientedβ€”someone who thrives in cross-functional environments. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence and build relationships. β€’ Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. β€’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing structured solutions. β€’ Curious, technically confident, and eager to understand how systems work end-to-end. β€’ Results-driven with a focus on delivering quality, scalable solutions. β€’ Adaptable, able to shift priorities quickly, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. β€’ A true team player with a 'can-do' attitude and ownership mindset. β€’ Advanced degree in business, computer science, or design preferred but not required.
