Biscayne Staffing is seeking an International Tax & Trust Attorney to provide legal and tax advice on cross-border estate planning and trust structures. This role combines legal expertise with tax consulting services tailored to high-net-worth clients with international assets. Responsibilities • Draft and review international trust agreements, wills, and estate planning documents • Advise on cross-border tax issues related to trust structures and estate plans • Research international tax laws and treaty provisions • Collaborate with foreign counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters • Prepare legal memoranda on complex international tax issues • Support trust administration and beneficiary governance • Assist with tax compliance and reporting strategies Skills • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • An active bar membership in Florida is required • 2-5 years of experience in estate planning, tax law, or international law • Experience with trust and estate documentation preferred Company Overview • Biscayne Staffing provides top-tier staffing solutions to businesses across diverse industries.
