They are seeking a Project Manager I to manage product implementations, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time while optimizing processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects and implementations
- Plan and prioritize customer objectives alongside internal resource availability
- Manage customer stakeholder expectations regarding scope, priority, and timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders throughout the customer journey
- Implement processes and tools to deliver efficient and effective implementations
- Ensure customer initiatives meet deadlines and expectations
- Identify and communicate roadblocks or delays to internal teams
- Analyze historical trends to find opportunities for project delivery optimization
- Apply project management best practices to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed
- Communicate proactively with customers at all project milestones
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-2 years of related professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge or experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools
