Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kavaliro is seeking a Project Manager IV for their Healthcare Systems & Supply Chain Transformation initiatives. This role leads high-impact, enterprise-level projects across healthcare operations and technology, focusing on delivering multiple concurrent initiatives with a strong emphasis on supply chain transformation. Responsibilities β’ Lead multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning healthcare IT, HRIS/HCM, workforce systems, and supply chain operations β’ Own full project lifecycle: intake, business case, roadmap, execution, stabilization, and value realization β’ Manage scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risk, and executive-level reporting with minimal oversight β’ Lead projects involving strategic sourcing, inventory optimization, vendor management, contract lifecycle processes, and ERP integrations β’ Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Clinical stakeholders to redesign workflows tied to purchasing, inventory, freight, vendor compliance, and cost controls β’ Drive system adoption tied directly to measurable cost savings, compliance, and operational efficiency β’ Lead implementations and optimizations of HRIS, HCM, WFM, ERP, inventory, and contract management systems β’ Oversee system configuration, testing, integrations, data validation, and go-live readiness β’ Translate operational requirements into clear technical specifications for IT and vendor partners β’ Lead enterprise process redesign across HR, payroll, timekeeping, supply chain, and finance operations β’ Develop change management strategies including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and training execution β’ Stabilize complex or at-risk initiatives and drive adoption post-implementation β’ Direct cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, analysts, and operational SMEs β’ Influence senior leaders and executives through clear, data-driven communication β’ Ensure adherence to PMI standards, internal governance, and healthcare regulatory requirements Skills β’ CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SUPPLY CHAIN EXPERIENCE β’ 10+ years of experience leading complex initiatives within healthcare environments β’ Demonstrated experience supporting or leading supply chain operations, including sourcing, contracting, inventory, or vendor management β’ Proven ability to drive enterprise-level cost reduction, operational efficiency, and compliance through systems and process improvement β’ Hands-on Experience With Enterprise Systems, Such As Workday (HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain modules) β’ Lawson, McKesson, or similar ERP / supply chain platforms β’ Inventory or contract lifecycle management systems β’ Strong understanding of system integrations, data validation, and workflow configuration β’ Comfortable working with data to support decision-making, including spend analysis, KPI tracking, and operational reporting β’ Experience partnering with analysts or IT teams using SQL, reporting tools, or enterprise dashboards (hands-on not required, but fluency expected) β’ Track record of leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and organizational change β’ Known for operational credibility β able to engage clinicians, finance, supply chain, IT, and executives as a peer β’ Experience coaching teams and elevating delivery discipline across large programs β’ Background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, or value analysis within healthcare β’ Experience delivering system-enabled cost savings at enterprise scale β’ Prior Consulting Or System-level Health System Experience Strongly Preferred Company Overview β’ Kavaliro is a staffing and recruiting company that offers IT, management, and administrative staffing services.
