Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Growth Suite Consulting is a company focused on helping businesses and people grow, and they are seeking a Recruiter to join their Fractional NM Recruiting team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and placing candidates for Financial Advisor positions, driving results through high-volume sourcing activity and strategic relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume sourcing for strong candidates from a variety of sources (i.e., LinkedIn, Job Posting sites, referrals, social media, candidate lists, etc.)
- Manage job postings and interview process documents for roles
- Review and assess resumes
- Conduct initial interviews for candidates
- Administer selection tools
- Guide candidates through selection process as a trusted resource
- Maintain strong and consistent communication with candidates and clients
- Report weekly recruiting activity to the leadership team
- Track candidate pipeline activity in our ATS to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze recruiting ratios to identify and address process bottlenecks
- Maintain collaborative relationships with Growth Suite team members and clients
Skills
- 1–3 years of professional recruiting experience
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive activity through sourcing
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally with all levels of people
- Northwestern Mutual recruiting experience preferred
