Job Title: Remote Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time About the Role: A professional services consulting firm is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and refine its end-to-end hiring operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing high-caliber professionals while maintaining a structured, candidate-centric recruitment process. The position requires a highly professional, client-facing recruiter who can collaborate directly with U.S.-based leadership, coordinate with remote Filipino team members, and represent the firm with credibility, discretion, and strong communication standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable recruiting across U.S. and Philippine markets. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Management β’ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and candidate handoff. β’ Partner closely with leadership to understand role requirements, performance expectations, and hiring priorities. β’ Translate business needs into clear, market-aligned job descriptions and candidate profiles. Candidate Sourcing & Screening β’ Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, agencies, and other recruitment channels. β’ Conduct structured initial interviews to assess experience, communication skills, professionalism, and cultural fit. β’ Evaluate candidates for both technical competence and client-facing readiness. Client & Stakeholder Coordination β’ Act as a professional point of contact between leadership, internal teams, external agencies, and candidates. β’ Provide regular recruitment updates, pipelines, and hiring insights to decision-makers. β’ Maintain a polished, professional presence in all candidate and stakeholder interactions. Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization β’ Develop and maintain standardized recruitment workflows, interview guidelines, and evaluation criteria. β’ Ensure accurate tracking of candidates, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions. β’ Support onboarding coordination by ensuring all recruitment deliverables are completed prior to start dates. Market Research & Talent Insights β’ Conduct research on talent availability, role competitiveness, and compensation expectations in both U.S. and Philippine markets. β’ Provide data-driven recommendations to support hiring strategies and offer decisions. β’ Monitor recruitment trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes. Candidate Experience & Compliance β’ Ensure a consistent, respectful, and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. β’ Handle candidate information with strict confidentiality and professionalism. β’ Support ethical recruitment practices and escalation of concerns when needed. Qualifications & Ideal Traits: β’ Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Senior Recruiter, preferably supporting professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles. β’ Demonstrated success managing multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously. β’ Experience recruiting for remote or distributed teams is strongly preferred. β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. β’ Strong client-facing professionalism; confident engaging with executives, managers, and senior-level candidates. β’ High emotional intelligence with the ability to assess candidate demeanor, reliability, and communication style. β’ Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills. β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and hiring metrics. β’ Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. β’ Willingness to learn internal systems, recruitment tools, and firm-specific hiring processes.
