Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 8 Bridges Talent Partners is partnering with a mission-driven global network of K–12 schools dedicated to delivering high-quality education. The Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee financial strategy and operations for a portfolio of schools across the United States, ensuring fiscal discipline and alignment with educational goals.

Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with the organization’s mission and long-term educational goals
Oversee regional accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with U.S. and applicable international financial, regulatory, and audit requirements
Partner closely with school leaders and central office teams to support day-to-day operations and long-range planning
Manage financial performance across multiple schools within a broader international network
Establish and maintain strong financial controls, systems, and policies
Support school growth initiatives, expansions, and new campus launches
Present clear, data-driven financial insights to executive leadership and governance bodies

Mandatory experience in K–12 school operations (private, international, or education networks)
Strong accounting background with senior-level financial leadership experience
Demonstrated success managing finances for multi-site and/or international organizations
Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the U.S
Must be located in the United States
Authorized to work in the U.S
