They are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support for their iconic brands.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, courteous, and grateful assistance on every telephone call
- Deliver exceptional, personalized resolutions tailored to each customer’s needs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Multitask confidently—documenting, researching, and engaging with customers in real time
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and represent Signet positively at all times
- Meet or exceed expectations for production, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality
- Manage escalated concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Skills
- Previous customer service or client support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfort with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math
- Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and continually improve
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
