They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Manager to ensure new customers successfully onboard and understand how to use their platform. Responsibilities β’ Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, ensuring businesses are successfully set up and fully understand our software β’ Follow a structured onboarding process to guide businesses step by step β’ Educate customers on how to use Kintsugi, troubleshoot initial setup issues, and proactively address common questions β’ Track onboarding progress and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience β’ Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to ongoing usage β’ Gather customer feedback to refine onboarding strategies and improve user adoption β’ Maintain clear documentation and resources for onboarding best practices Skills β’ 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or similar β’ Strong communication and customer service skillsβcomfortable guiding customers and answering their questions β’ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple onboarding processes simultaneously β’ Ability to work independently while following a structured process β’ Experience with SaaS platforms or technical onboarding processes is a plus, especially in the sales tax solutions area Benefits β’ Health, dental, and vision insurance β’ 401k Company Overview β’ Kintsugi is automating sales tax for every company globally.
