Responsibilities • Connect with potential learners through calls, emails, and follow-ups • Engage with participants before and after webinars or masterclasses to guide them on the next steps • Build instant rapport, understand their goals, and recommend the right learning programs • Clearly explain program benefits, handle queries, and assist with smooth enrollments • Keep track of leads and communication in the CRM • Monitor your daily performance calls, conversations, and conversions and celebrate your wins!
