Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Superhuman is building the outbound engine behind the worldโs leading AI newsletter serving marketers. The Sales Development Representative will prospect into mid-market and enterprise marketing teams, creating qualified opportunities that convert into revenue through outbound efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into mid-market and enterprise marketing teams across the US
- Research accounts and decision-makers and create account plans to guide prospecting strategy
- Craft thoughtful, relevant outbound messaging
- Book meetings that turn into qualified, AE-accepted opportunities
- Collaborate closely with AEs to refine targeting and messaging
- Continuously improve your outbound skillset
Skills
- Experience in outbound sales or business development
- Ability to generate qualified opportunities
- Strong research skills to understand accounts and decision-makers
- Experience with email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
- Ability to craft thoughtful and relevant outbound messaging
- Collaboration skills to work closely with Account Executives
- Desire to continuously improve outbound skillset
- Comfort with rejection and a proactive approach to sales
- Understanding of digital marketing and the buyer of a newsletter ad slot
- Experience in mid-market and enterprise sales
- Interest in building a long-term career in a revenue organization
- Ability to think like a seasoned account executive
- Experience in a competitive media environment
Benefits
- Commission Structure: 2% of closed-won revenue on all sourced deals and 4% of closed-won revenue on sourced deals after 100% of quarterly quota is achieved
