Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ParallelDots is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with up to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize their Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves working closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure data accuracy, reliable reporting, and effective automation to support business growth.

    Responsibilities
  • User setup, profiles, roles, and permission management
  • Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, and data accuracy
  • Create and manage custom fields and objects
  • Optimize page layouts for usability and efficiency
  • Implement validation rules to enforce data quality
  • Build, maintain, and optimize: Salesforce Flows, Process Builder and Workflow Rules, Approval processes, Lead routing logic, Opportunity stage automation, Email alerts and task triggers
  • Create custom reports for: Pipeline health, Sales velocity, Conversion rates, Campaign attribution
  • Build dashboards for Sales leadership and Marketing teams
  • Assist in maintaining integrations with: Marketing automation platforms, LinkedIn and lead capture tools, Email systems, Other Go-To-Market (GTM) tools
  • Maintain Salesforce system documentation
  • Recommend and enforce best practices
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
    Skills
  • 0–2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce objects and relationships
  • Solid understanding of validation rules
  • Solid understanding of reports and dashboards
  • Solid understanding of basic Salesforce Flows
  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Understanding of Sales and RevOps processes
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of SOQL
