The Sales Specialist role focuses on offering innovative Life Insurance products, particularly LIVING BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE, while managing client relationships and conducting market research.
Responsibilities
- Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and zero time on lead hunting
- Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions
- Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions
- Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed)
Benefits
- Bonuses, are performance based and paid every month on the 15th
- Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the clients sale.
