Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MP Advisory LLC is a high-performance boutique sell-side M&A and strategic advisory for middle-market companies. The role involves leading QoE analyses, collaborating in M&A processes, and mentoring junior team members while gaining direct exposure to deal-making. Responsibilities β’ Lead and review QoE analyses and financial diligence engagements for sell-side clients across a multitude of industries (including but not limited to industrial, healthcare, consumer, technology, etc.) β’ Collaborate in sell-side M&A processes, including preparing marketing materials, managing data rooms, coordinating buyer Q&A, and supporting negotiation efforts β’ Synthesize complex financial and operational data into concise, insightful reports that drive client decision-making and valuation outcomes β’ Work directly with senior leadership to manage engagements from proposal through closing, including project scoping, execution, and client presentations β’ Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring analytical rigor, clear communication, and on-time delivery of client work β’ Contribute to business development efforts, including preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities β’ Continuously develop technical, industry, and transaction execution skills to grow into a senior advisory or M&A leadership role Skills β’ 8+ years of full-time experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Quality of Earnings, Financial Due Diligence, or related roles β’ Strong command of financial analysis, GAAP accounting, working capital assessment, and transaction adjustments β’ Prior experience with diverse industries and complex business models β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating analytics into actionable insights for clients preparing for sale β’ Expert level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with valuation or data visualization tools is a plus β’ CPA or CFA is required β’ MBA, Masters in Accounting or Masters in Finance required β’ Undergraduate GPA of 3.8 or higher is required β’ Hunger to learn sell-side deal strategy, valuation positioning, and transaction execution from experienced founding deal team Company Overview β’ Bridging the gap by helping entrepreneurs exit stronger, and buyers invest smarter.
