They are seeking a qualified SELRES Analyst to support data-driven operations for Reserve personnel programs, focusing on database management and ensuring data integrity and security.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, analyze, and report on SELRES-related data
Maintain and manage databases to ensure accurate and efficient data processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data insights
Troubleshoot database issues and ensure data quality, consistency, and security
Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and data handling protocols
Support the development of dashboards, data visualizations, and performance metrics reports
Assist with data validation, migration, and system integration efforts as needed

Skills

Intermediate-level MCSA SQL certification (Database Development or Administration) or equivalent SQL training certification
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in SQL programming or database development/administration
CompTIA Security+ Certification (required)
Experience working for or supporting the National Guard Bureau and with Qualitative and Quantitative analysis
At a minimum, a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or an equivalent or higher investigation
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts
Familiarity with database security protocols and access control
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience supporting military or government personnel systems (e.g., SELRES, Reserve Component management)
Familiarity with DoD IT systems and data protection standards
