The role involves providing support and maintenance for a mission-critical enterprise application while balancing day-to-day support with modernization efforts. Responsibilities β’ Provide ongoing support and development for a WebFocus-based system running in a local environment. β’ Manage and optimize the supporting SQL database. β’ Maintain legacy functionality while assisting with migration initiatives to newer platforms. β’ Support system integrations and troubleshoot issues across multiple technologies. β’ Collaborate with a small technical team to ensure application stability for end users.
