- Accountabilities
- Build trust and provide service that exceeds client expectations.
- Conduct need-based analysis for personalized financial recommendations.
- Convert strategy-only clients into full wealth management relationships.
- Generate referrals to support continued business growth.
- Manage and maintain high-quality client relationships effectively.
- Prepare and conduct annual client reviews alongside the investment team.
- Collaborate on joint sales calls and prepare proposals.
- Ensure comprehensive communication with clients throughout the engagement.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in the financial services industry.
- FINRA Series 65 certification required.
- Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of functioning independently.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Preferred credentials: CFP, CFA or CIMA.
- Familiarity with financial planning software like eMoney.
