Pyxis Growth Partners is a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner specializing in complex implementations, migrations, and revenue operations strategy. They are seeking a Senior HubSpot Platform Consultant to lead HubSpot implementations, migrations, and RevOps system design for B2B clients, ensuring client success and driving cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities β€’ Lead and Mentor Platform Consultants β€’ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of HubSpot platform consultants β€’ Delegate work based on strengths while maintaining accountability for quality and timelines β€’ Support consultants in growing toward independent ownership of projects and solutions β€’ Design and Deliver Complex HubSpot Solutions β€’ Lead discovery sessions to understand client systems, processes, and business goals β€’ Architect and implement HubSpot solutions including custom objects, workflows, lifecycle stages, permissions, and reporting β€’ Design and oversee integrations with third-party tools and data sources β€’ Document solutions, processes, and decisions clearly for internal and client use β€’ Champion Client Success β€’ Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients β€’ Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within client portals and processes β€’ Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes from their HubSpot investment β€’ Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration β€’ Communicate effectively with internal teammates and client stakeholders β€’ Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and expectations across multiple projects β€’ Stay Current and Share Knowledge β€’ Stay up to date on HubSpot platform updates and best practices β€’ Share learnings with the team to continuously improve delivery quality and efficiency Skills β€’ 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring HubSpot portals for multiple organizations β€’ Direct experience leading HubSpot implementations, migrations, or major rebuilds end-to-end β€’ Strong background in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations β€’ Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot objects, workflows, permissions, data models, and reporting β€’ Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or agency environment β€’ Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions β€’ Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering work on time β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship β€’ HubSpot certifications β€’ Experience working with complex B2B sales funnels β€’ Experience integrating HubSpot with other CRMs, billing tools, or data platforms Benefits β€’ Paid holidays, vacation time, and additional time off between Christmas and New Year β€’ Paid parental leave β€’ Health, dental, and vision insurance (employer pays 99 percent for employees and 50 percent for dependents) β€’ 401k with 4 percent employer match β€’ Ongoing professional education opportunities β€’ Fully remote work within the United States β€’ Friendly, collaborative, and low-ego team culture Company Overview β€’ We're a HubSpot Diamond Partner focused on CRM implementation, RevOps, and systems integration.
