Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of a Diamond-tier HubSpot Solutions Partner specializing in revenue operations, process architecture, and CRM implementation. The role involves leading client workshops, architecting customer lifecycle solutions, and managing multiple client accounts as a senior-level consultant. Responsibilities β’ Lead 2-hour client workshops starting from a blank page, guiding executive stakeholders through business process discovery and solution design β’ Map processes live in Lucidchart (or similar) during client sessions β’ Architect HubSpot solutions spanning the full customer lifecycle: pre-sales, sales handoff, onboarding, and customer success β’ Manage 10+ active client accounts simultaneously β’ Hand off scoped work to the implementation team with clear documentation and briefs β’ Quality check delivered work before it goes back to the client β’ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and account strategists to keep engagements on time and within scope β’ Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts Skills β’ 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience across multiple hubs (Sales, Service, Marketing, Ops) β’ Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and guide executive stakeholders to decisions β’ Experience with live process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, or similar) β’ Understanding of the full buyer's journey and customer lifecycle, not limited to marketing ops β’ Track record of managing multiple concurrent client engagements β’ Strong delegation skills. You hand off work effectively, not hold it close β’ Agency or consulting background (HubSpot partner agency preferred) β’ Clay, Apollo, or GTM data enrichment tool experience β’ Familiarity with n8n or workflow automation platforms β’ HubSpot certifications across multiple hubs Benefits β’ Quarterly Bonuses: $10,000 to $15,000 per year based on completing projects under budget, under timeline, client reviews, and upsells.
