They are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to create, produce, and publish high-quality TikTok content for a new beauty channel, while managing the entire creative process and engaging with the community. Responsibilities β’ Produce, shoot, and edit 3β5 high-quality short-form TikTok videos per day β’ Ensure content is aligned with creative direction and priorities set by senior leadership, ensuring consistency in voice, aesthetics, and messaging β’ Manage end-to-end production including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing with fast turnaround β’ Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all content β’ Own day-to-day execution of the TikTok beauty channel, ensuring steady output and quality β’ Collaborate with leadership to align on content pillars, creative direction, and posting cadence β’ Implement platform best practices and beauty-specific trends into daily content workflows β’ Monitor and respond to comments to foster an active and loyal beauty audience β’ Identify strong audience conversations and convert them into new content angles or series β’ Track daily performance metrics (views, watch-through, engagement rate, conversion signals) β’ Use analytics to iterate quickly on what works and phase out underperforming formats β’ Provide insights to leadership on content trends, audience behavior, and opportunities to scale Skills β’ 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a heavy focus on TikTok β’ Demonstrated success in growing TikTok beauty channels (brand, creator, or agency side) β’ Deep knowledge of the beauty space: ingredients, product categories, formats, and community norms β’ Proven ability to produce high-volume content output without sacrificing quality β’ Strong proficiency with short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.) β’ Excellent on-camera and/or behind-camera storytelling instincts β’ Highly creative, resourceful, and fast-moving; thrives in rapid production environments β’ Strong understanding of performance metrics and TikTok analytics β’ Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, delivering consistent daily output Company Overview β’ SuperOrdinary is the distributor of coveted beauty and cosmetics brands.
