About the position CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Sr. IT/Healthcare Talent Acquisition Sourcer for our Fortune100 healthcare client. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent across a variety of business lines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and providing consultative support to recruiters and hiring leaders. Responsibilities β€’ Conduct nationwide sourcing and recruiting efforts to develop and maintain talent pipelines across multiple business areas. β€’ Execute full sourcing lifecycle activities, including intake calls, passive candidate identification, outreach, and assessment. β€’ Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, and other sourcing tools to track candidate communication and document updates for recruiters and hiring managers. β€’ Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and markets. β€’ Provide a high-touch candidate experience through transparent, respectful, and timely communication. β€’ Share market intelligence, pipeline updates, and sourcing insights with recruiters and leadership. β€’ Build and sustain relationships with critical stakeholders to influence and align sourcing strategies. β€’ Leverage data and sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness, adjust strategies, and improve outcomes. Requirements β€’ Verifiable High School Diploma/GED or higher; Bachelor's is preferred. β€’ 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition sourcing and recruiting. β€’ Prior sourcing experience within the healthcare industry. β€’ Experience consulting with recruiters and senior leaders on sourcing strategies and talent supply/demand. β€’ Proven ability to manage and present recruiting processes and market insights to leadership. β€’ Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing techniques. β€’ Experience with Taleo or similar ATS. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). β€’ Skilled at developing and managing proactive pipelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. β€’ Ability to use sourcing data to drive innovation, efficiency, and productivity. β€’ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and candidate documentation accuracy. Nice-to-haves β€’ Large corporation experience and Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience.
