Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Markwins Beauty Brands is seeking a Team Lead for their bolthires and Ecommerce division. This role is responsible for leading the North American digital business, shaping the bolthires strategy, and executing a growth strategy across digital marketplaces. Responsibilities β’ Serve as the companyβs executive bolthires owner and subject matter expert, setting the strategic vision and leading all aspects of the bolthires business β’ Own the long-range planning (LRP) and annual vendor negotiations (AVNs) process with bolthires, including vendor negotiations, funding efficiency, and brand equity preservation β’ Act as the senior point of contact for bolthires Vendor Managers and internal cross-functional leaders, ensuring alignment on financial KPIs, promotional strategy, and customer excellence β’ Lead 3-year strategic planning to outperform category growth benchmarks and continuously unlock new revenue streams β’ Define, track, and report against critical KPIs (e.g., CAARS: Content, Assortment, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, Search) β’ Transform marketplace data into insights to inform content strategy, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning β’ Lead the development of bolthires Media (AMS/PPC) strategies and invest in performance marketing with a clear focus on ROI β’ Lead strategies around site merchandising, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition β’ Partner with brand, marketing, media teams, and customer teams to develop and execute fully integrated digital campaigns across all retail.com channels β’ Optimize promotional calendars, site UX, and customer journeys to drive conversion and LTV β’ Implement scalable SOPs and governance across Ecommerce operations and merchandising Skills β’ Experience in leading bolthires and Ecommerce strategies β’ Proven track record in vendor negotiations and managing vendor relationships β’ Strong understanding of digital retail transformation β’ Ability to shape and execute aggressive growth strategies β’ Experience in managing performance across digital marketplaces β’ Leadership experience in cross-functional teams focused on revenue acceleration β’ Expertise in defining and tracking critical KPIs β’ Ability to transform marketplace data into actionable insights β’ Experience in developing and executing bolthires Media strategies β’ Experience in site merchandising and conversion optimization β’ Ability to partner with various teams to execute integrated digital campaigns β’ Experience in optimizing promotional calendars and customer journeys β’ Ability to implement scalable SOPs and governance across Ecommerce operations Company Overview β’ Markwins Beauty Brands has been setting itself apart from other brands in the cosmetics industry.
