Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeedTech Labs is an early-stage venture focused on building a next-gen, quantum-safe payment channel protocol for fintech and crypto infrastructure. The Technical Co-Founder / CTO will design and build the MVP, own the core protocol and cryptography stack, and later help shape the engineering team and technical culture. Responsibilities • Architect and implement a quantum-resistant payment channel MVP • Design secure protocol logic, key management, and audit-ready flows • Build clean APIs/SDKs for developers • Set up solid foundations: secure SDLC, CI/CD, observability • Act as a true co-founder: technical decisions, roadmap, and investor discussions Skills • Strong background in cryptography, distributed systems, or blockchain protocols • Experience building security-critical systems • Comfortable taking full ownership and building from zero • Founder mindset: pragmatic, curious, and execution-driven Company Overview • NeedTech Labs is an AI-first venture platform that aims to revolutionize startup development.
