They are seeking a Junior Product Manager to support Finance and Accounting Products initiatives, helping to shape internal tools and reporting solutions that drive financial processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into product requirements and managing the product backlog. Responsibilities • Under the leadership of the Group Product Manager, the product manager will organize and drive the quarterly roadmap for financial planning and accounting tools. • Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Own and prioritize the product backlog and deliver user stories. • Partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Customer Relations to build, launch, and iterate on internal products. • Monitor performance against quarterly OKRs and product launch plans. Skills • Experience with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and ceremonies. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Self-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. • 1+ years of product management experience. • Hands-on experience with e-commerce accounting & billing systems such as NetSuite • Knowledge of accounting best practices and tools. Education Requirements • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
