Pierpoint International is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract focused on the semiconductor industry. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing talent strategies to meet business needs. Responsibilities • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned searches, handling up to 10 requisitions at a time • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using a mix of cold outreach, Boolean searches, LinkedIn/HireEZ, and other platforms • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver competitive offers and negotiate terms with candidates • Provide an exceptional candidate experience , ensuring clear communication and a seamless hiring process • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and business needs Skills • RECENT experience recruiting within the Semiconductor industry is a MUST, specifically for Hardware (HW) roles • 2-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within the semiconductor high-tech manufacturing environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Proven ability to source proactively — you don't just wait for applicants! • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of compensation structures • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday) • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment • Prior contract recruiting experience Benefits • Gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative industry. • Work with a high-performing, collaborative team.
