The role involves reviewing and auditing XML files to ensure compliance with branding standards and maintaining accurate documentation of changes. Responsibilities • Maintain accurate tracking of reviewed files and image changes in a spreadsheet, ensuring auditability and progress visibility • Use structured authoring tools (DITA/XML, Oxygen XML Editor) and Git version control to manage and submit documentation updates Skills • Proven experience in technical writing or documentation editing, preferably in a large content repository • Hands-on experience with DITA XML and structured authoring tools such as Oxygen XML Editor • Working knowledge of Git or similar version control systems for managing content changes Benefits • Health benefits • 401K Company Overview • Stage 4 Solutions is a management consulting firm that provides marketing solutions services.
