Job description: $28 per hourWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Telechat Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our remote telechat platform. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient support, while continually looking for ways to improve processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients using our remote telechat platform.- Respond to inquiries and provide technical support and solutions to clients via chat or phone.- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.- Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.- Follow up with clients to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in order to provide knowledgeable support to clients.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in information technology or related field is preferred.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.- Strong aptitude for technology and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.- Experience with remote chat support tools is a plus.
