Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SendaRide is a community-based health equity management company that enables access to clinical and supportive services. As a Territory Growth Representative, you will lead market entry into Ohio by generating leads and building relationships with healthcare offices.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, targeted email outreach, and in-person prospect visits
- Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and present customized solutions that align with their needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups, within the companyβs CRM system
- Partner closely with the broader sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning
- Consistently achieve or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports to leadership
- Develop, test, and refine sales outreach templates, including call scripts and email messaging
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and track performance
- Ability to read, speak, and hear English
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout Ohio for prospect meetings, events, and presentations
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous sales experience (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-based industries preferred)
