We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Auto Estimate Writer to join our remote claims support team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, comprehensive, and timely auto repair estimates for insurance claims, repair shops, and customers. Key Responsibilities

Review claim details, photos, and supporting documentation to prepare accurate auto repair estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex).



Collaborate with repair shops, adjusters, and customers to clarify estimate details.



Ensure all estimates comply with insurance company guidelines and meet state and federal regulations.



Recommend repair vs. replacement options when applicable.



Maintain detailed records of all estimates, revisions, and communications.



Provide excellent virtual customer service with professionalism and efficiency.



Qualifications

Proven experience as an auto damage appraiser, estimator, or claims adjuster.



Proficiency in estimate software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar).



Strong understanding of collision repair processes, parts, and labor times.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



Reliable computer, internet connection, and workspace.



Preferred Skills

I-CAR, ASE, or other automotive repair certifications.



Prior experience with virtual estimating and photo-based inspections.



Knowledge of insurance claim processes and policies.
