They are seeking a Virtual Learning Coach to motivate students through engaging workshops focused on life skills and personal growth without the traditional classroom constraints. Responsibilities • Facilitating engaging virtual workshops that develop life skills such as collaboration, communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative expression • Guiding students through immersion tracks using hands-on, project-driven learning methods • Building a welcoming, energized virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop • Leveraging learning data and feedback to personalize encouragement and support for each student • Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and backgrounds to provide a dynamic, adaptable learning experience Skills • Valid US teaching certificate from any state • Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred) • Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video • Available to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time) • Ready to begin within 2-3 weeks • Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school • Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track) • Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs • Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
