[Remote] Virtual Phone Sales Representative

They are looking for motivated Virtual Phone Sales Representatives to conduct scheduled phone appointments, educate clients on financial protection products, and maintain client records in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled phone appointments with inbound life insurance leads
• Follow our 100% scripted presentation from intro to close
• Educate clients on financial protection products (life, mortgage protection, final expense, etc.)
• Submit applications electronically and maintain client records in CRM
• Attend weekly training calls and team development sessions

Skills

• Active life insurance license
• Phone sales or telesales experience
• Confidence using scripts and handling objections
• Coachable mindset and strong follow-up habits
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
