Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ava Labs is a pioneering company in the blockchain space that simplifies the deployment of high-performance Web3 solutions. They are seeking a Web3 Solutions Architect to work with clients on implementing AvaCloud products, optimize solutions based on client feedback, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance offerings.
- Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify project goals and technical requirements
- Guide customers when deploying AvaCloud related products and identify opportunities to optimize based on client implementation
- Design, write, and test workflows based on customer requirements
- Report on project status, issues, and risks to internal stakeholders
- Identify product opportunities that can be incorporated into the product development process
- Rapid prototyping early stage solutions based on client requirements and provide optimal implementations to product engineering teams
- Understand new solutions across the organization that can be beneficial to end users
- Become experts of new solutions and releases from across the organization
- Work with leadership to measure success based on established OKRs
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
- 3+ years of technical experience in the area of blockchain technology and deep technical understanding of the Avalanche Platform and L1s
- 2+ years of SaaS/PaaS or Technical consulting experience
- 2+ years of experience working directly with clients in a B2B context
- Experience with Web3 EVM based implementations
- Ability to clearly and precisely communicate detailed information with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to navigate highly dynamic and complex deployment environments with ease
- Deep understanding of modern back end technologies and tools (Kubernetes, Datadog, PagerDuty, Terraform)
- Experience with collaboration tools like Github, Jira, Confluence
- Passion for blockchain technology/web3 and eagerness to consume the latest news and developments
- Experience with Go, Rust and/or Javascript preferred
- Preferably in NY
