The role involves managing publishing workflows, maintaining a content calendar, and optimizing videos for reach and engagement. Responsibilities • Research trending topics, keywords, and best practices in the creator’s niche • Manage the end-to-end publishing process, including uploads, titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions • Create or coordinate high-quality thumbnails and social media posts to drive engagement • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure deadlines are met • Monitor analytics to track performance and suggest data-driven improvements • Engage with the community through YouTube Shorts and Community posts • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and YouTube platform guidelines Skills • Experience managing or assisting with YouTube channels • Understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience growth strategies • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones Company Overview • Organization.
