Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZorroRX is a pharmacy benefits marketplace focused on making expensive medications accessible. They are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician & Patient Concierge to provide clinical pharmacy support and coordinate patient care, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and addressing any medication concerns. Responsibilities • Contact new patients to explain the ZorroRX program and onboarding process • Coordinate patient appointments with pharmacists and manage scheduling changes • Address patient questions about program benefits, medication access, and cost savings • Handle escalations from offshore medical liaison team, including securing provider signatures on collaborative practice agreements • Review patient medication profiles for accuracy • Support medication therapy management by preparing patient files for pharmacist consultations • Coordinate with network pharmacies regarding prescription transfers and fulfillment • Document all patient interactions, medication changes, and issue resolutions in our CRM system • Track prescription processing timelines and proactively address delays • Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and patient privacy requirements Skills • Active Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT or state-specific certification) • Experience in retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy operations • Knowledge of prescription processing, insurance claims, and prior authorization workflows • Understanding of medication classifications, particularly specialty and high-cost drugs • Proficient with pharmacy management systems and CRM platforms • Comfortable with online phone/fax tools and basic office software • Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization systems • Strong documentation skills for regulatory compliance • Experience with specialty pharmacy operations or high-cost medication coordination • Previous patient care coordination or medical liaison experience • Familiarity with 340B pharmacy programs (helpful, not required) • Experience with fertility medications, autoimmune treatments, or cardio-metabolic therapies Benefits • 100% Covered health insurance (same plan our CEO with multiple chronic diseases has) • Professional development opportunities • Remote work flexibility Company Overview • ZorroRX is a 100% transparent pharmacy cost containment solution that saves clients up to $2,900 per health plan member.
